Kylie Dermody- CEO

Kylie has spent her career helping the world’s biggest and most innovative companies grow.

As Global HR Leader for companies like General Electric and BHP, she analysed and harnessed organizational culture to improve performance. She is one of the Co-founders of global trampoline park phenomenon Bounce Inc, works extensively with childrens charities and is on the Board of Directors of Nature Play.

She has always had a passion for education (having grown up in a family of educators and marrying an educator) and with school age children of her own Kylie has decided to apply her learnings about culture to transform education.

Kylie brings an engaging, innovative and fresh perspective to every project. She lives by the beach in Adelaide and is constantly planning her next holiday.

Ceri Dermody - senior facilitator

Ceri is a psychologist, educator and founder of Happy Families CBC, specialising in consulting services to schools and families. She is a highly skilled facilitator and program designer, using her deep knowledge and experience to craft highly tailored, result oriented workshops and coaching. BRUCE DIXON

Bruce is co-founder and President of the Anywhere Anytime Learning Foundation and consults to schools, school districts, education departments, ministries of education as well as technology companies such as Microsoft, HP-Compaq, Apple, Adobe, Intel, and Toshiba on 1:1 teaching and technology in education. Bruce has more than 30 years experience working with schools and technology, as a teacher, principal, software developer and an undergraduate college lecturer.

In 1997, Bruce received an award from the Smithsonian Institute for his work worldwide in pioneering ubiquitous access to technology and, in 2006, he was named as one of the '20 People to Watch' by the National School Boards Association of America. Bruce's work was also referenced in Bill Gate's book, Business at the Speed of Thought.

SEAN TIERNEY

Sean has 20+ years as an Education leader having worked as a teacher, school leader and held senior roles in the Queensland Department of Education. He is a sought after consultant, driving positive change with Education Leaders in over 45 countries.

His published works include the highly successful “Innovate: Collective Wisdom from Innovative Schools”, and the globally acclaimed “Transforming Education: Empowering every student on the planet to achieve more”, which in 2018 was translated into multiple languages.

He is currently Director for Education Strategy for Microsoft and brings global best practice ideas to schools, education departments, ministries of education and policy makers.

KEVIN RICHARDSON

Kevin Richardson is an experienced Principal with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry.

He has consulted to global companies including Microsoft, Apple, Lego and others.

He has held senior leadership positions at the NSW Department of Education, and Established the South Australian School of the Future professional develpment centre.

Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Business Planning, Technology, Coaching, and Strategic Planning. Strong education professional graduated from Immanuel College.

 
Louka Parry

LOUKA PARRY

Louka Parry is the CEO and founder of The Learning Future, an organisation that supports schools, systems and companies to thrive in tomorrow’s world. A former teacher, he became a school principal at only 27 years old and was named Inspirational Public Secondary Teacher of the Year for South Australia. He has spent the last five years training thousands of educators and leaders globally to increase their positive impact. He holds two Masters degrees, speaks five languages, has completed exec studies at Harvard and worked as a resident at Stanford’s dschool K12lab. He is committed to equipping individuals, schools and organisations for the future of society through a focus on the confluence of social, emotional and academic learning.

Joan is an Australian teacher and internationally respected consultant, author and professional facilitator, whose expertise has been sought by schools, Education Departments and learning organizations across more than a dozen different countries.

Former Director of Professional Learning Services with a non-profit in the USA, she is co-director of Hands On Educational Consultancy Pty Ltd with partner David Anderson (1998-current).
